Child Advocates has invited a series of speakers from to talk about race, racism and its impact on the community. This is the first of that series. The series is an opportunity for people of all races to better understand each other and teach our future generations that we can be part of the solution. Please join us in the conversation.
Dan Wakefield is an Indianapolis native, novelist, journalist and screenwriter. Dan will speak on “What I learned from the Till Trial and My Friendship with James Baldwin.”
