Board Member Spotlight

Monique Gordy is originally from Indianapolis and currently lives in Noblesville. She has a twin sister and parents close by. Monique went to high school at Lawrence Central High School, obtained her BS at Butler University and her MSA at Indiana University.

Monique currently works at Community North Hospital as an Accountant. She has been with Community Health Network for 10 years and has been in the accounting industry for 16.5 years. Monique has a twin sister who also works at Community Health. Monique has a long history of twins in her family as her father’s parents are both twins and she herself a twin. She is also been an AKA since 1999 and a part of their Alumni Chapter since 2002, serving as the assistant to the Graduate Adviser. Her current works focuses on the Debutante Cotillion and Scholarship Program.

Monique recently joined the board at Child Advocates and we are thrilled so have someone with her background an experience. Many women of the AKA sorority are on Child Advocates staff and we’re thrilled to now have an active member on our board!
